An excerpt from the Hobbiton Library concerning the practice of “second breakfast:” Something the Hobbits of the Shire all agree upon is that breakfast can be enjoyed at any time of the day- and should be, in fact. While there are certainly many different elements in what could be considered the ideal Shire-style breakfast- eggs, potatoes, roasted tomatoes and the like, harvest season brings the much-beloved combination of warm, fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped in rich maple syrup and sauteed, carmelized apple slices dusted with cinnamon.
This blend is warm, home-y, and very much a rich fall scent. Maple syrup rises to the top of its scent notes, while apple and cinnamon dance at its heart. Buttery pancake-esque notes float just below the surface and seem to waft by when you least expect it. I can say naught else then this candle is quintessentially fall: a celebration of the harvest, plaid blankets, warm fires, and apple orchards…

Hand poured with natural coconut soy wax and decorated with dried Crepe Myrtle flowers and leaves, as well as a hint of Queen Anne’s Lace.
The 12 ounce version is available with and without a lid. Lids are made of a beautiful dark, all-natural maple sourced and manufactured in the USA.
