SCENT NOTES: spiced bitter peach cocktail + carabao mango + tobacco + vanille + a touch of raspberry + wisps of smoke
—
This is the scent of star-crossed love that can’t be denied, the smell of paradise won and lost. It’s electric chemistry, undeniable pull, seduction and temptation and below that: fire. Such is the connection between the prince and the notorious spy-breaker. Together they’re a symphony of notes, full of lingering desire and dreams too dangerous to touch: He’s all spice and slightly smoky tobacco leaves. She’s spiced bitter peach, vanilla & mango. It’s a beautiful combination, one you can’t help but lean into. Just be careful not to get singed.
You know how sometimes people rate books on vibes alone? This fragrance is a little like that: built on vibes. One of the more daring blends of this collection, I wanted to bring together scents that I’d associate with both characters and make them sing together. I also think that these fragrances just perfectly embody the spirit of forbidden love—something that goes beyond physical connection but leads to surprising and beautiful depth. I don’t think the peach or the tobacco particularly overrides one another, nor is it at all an overt, juicy fruit. It’s a spiced, bitter peach, so really not overly fruity. A lot of the listed notes tend to sit back a bit with this one and simply form the chassis that this fragrance rides on, though I think you’ll find that when hot the smoky vanille element may surprise you!
