Chateau Autumn

The Chateau is ancient and glorious and steeped in magic. Fairies skitter about, shimmering, in the light of the earliest hours of the morning. The skies are clear and the air is warm, but the distinct smells and feel of autumn enchant every corner of the grounds, seeping into moss-covered bespeckled grey flagstones and turning them cold. Distantly, elves work to bring in the harvest, filling the air with the earthy scents of the estate's many gardens: from vegetables, to orchards, to vinyards, to the many many plots of flowers, meticulously grown and kept. Fresh vegetables combine with the earthy smell of grain under the light dawn mist, which spreads, featherweight, over rolling green hillsides and fields of pure gold, bathing in the pale light of the new day. If there is a kind of romantic renaissance paradise, this may well be it.
I keep wanting to add more to this description, but the reality is that it's the fragrance that is the true storyteller and it has to be smelled to be fully understood and experienced. This is my favorite scent in the entire collection, which is quite hard to say. I love them all, but I have a bias for atmospheric scents and this is quite possibly the quintessential one. "Chateau" is an autumn dream made real. Green and elegant, but also perfectly pumpkin. It's so elevated in my opinion it turns my room into some kind of space from restoration hardware in my mind, as funny as that might be. I wanted to transport you to the Chateau and capture its magic. This, the most complex formula I've ever designed, is truly that.
